Studios Building

This fully renovated building consists of two floors and is divided into six private studios exclusively for university students.

It is located in a quiet and safe residential area, with all necessary services nearby (supermarket, public transportation, bakeries and cafes, pharmacy, restaurants, among others).

All studios consist of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom and are fully equipped. All divisions are private, with only the entrance hall shared by all students.

Studio 1 - This private studio combines practicality and comfort, making it ideal for national or Erasmus students in Porto. It features a single bed, wardrobe, and a desk, creating a functional space for rest and study.

It has a small but practical kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals, and a full bathroom. It also has air conditioning for year-round comfort.

With minimalist decor, white walls, and wooden floors, the space is bright and cozy, perfect for those seeking privacy and functionality in one.

Studio 2 - This studio is a compact, modern, and well-utilized space, ideal for one person. It features a single bed next to a wall with natural wood paneling, which adds a cozy touch and visually divides the sleeping area. Air conditioning ensures thermal comfort year-round.

The kitchen is practical and functional, featuring a minimalist design with open shelves for organization. The bathroom is complete and modern.

The light wood floor and white walls help visually expand the space, which has plenty of natural light, creating a light and pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment is ideal for an Erasmus or national student looking for a simple, well-lit, and move-in-ready space with all the essentials for daily life.

Studio 3 - This studio is a compact, modern, and well-utilized space, ideal for one person. The set is ideal for a national or Erasmus student looking for a simple, well-lit, and move-in-ready space with all the essentials for university life.

The kitchen is practical and functional, equipped with a fridge, sink, and electric stove, all integrated into a minimalist design unit with open shelves for organization. The bathroom is large and completes the space's functionality. Wall-mounted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

The studio also has a sunroom with a window that can be used as a storage area or for drying clothes.

Note: The remaining three studios are in the final stages of finishing and will be completed by the end of August 2025. They will be the same style as the studios shown in the photographs, located on the ground floor of the building, with good natural light and similar areas. Although they are not yet shown, they can be reserved using the form available in "Contact Us" .
