This newly renovated three-story building is divided into three apartments exclusively designed for university students.
It is located in a quiet and safe residential area, with all necessary services nearby (supermarket, public transportation, bakeries and cafes, gym, shopping center, etc...).
All apartments have double and single bedrooms, as well as shared rooms such as a living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc...
The property also has an outdoor area with a large terrace and a small garden shared by all students.
Apartment 1
Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the building. This apartment consists of one single bedroom, two double bedrooms, a kitchen, living/dining room, one bathroom, and several storage areas.
Single Room AP1
