1. When can I check-in?

You can check-in any day you want, as long as it's between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. At check-in, we'll sign the rental contract, show you your accommodation, and provide you with some necessary information to help you settle in well.

2. What payments need to be made?

When you book your accommodation, the first month's rent is already paid. Therefore, upon check-in, you only need to pay the security deposit (one month's rent). This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the accommodation is in good condition.

Monthly rental payments are always due by the 5th of each month, as stated in the rental contract.

A cleaning and administration fee of 75€ is deducted upon check-out.

3. What expenses are included?

All our accommodations include all utilities (water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). Only if the limit set in the contract is exceeded will you be charged the excess amount for that month.

4. If I move in or out in the middle of the month, do I have to pay that month's rent in full?

Our rental agreements are month-to-month. Therefore, you will be required to pay the full monthly rent, regardless of the day you move in or out. 

5. Who will I share the bedroom with if I book only a single bed in a double room?

If you book only a single bed in a double room, you'll have a roommate who will share the other single bed. This roommate will be a student of the same gender (male or female) and will be between 18 and 26 years old.

6. Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?

There is no need to bring bed linens or towels, as the accommodations already have all the necessary items and equipment for your daily life.
