Booking procedure

1. Fill out the form on the left, indicating your full name and email address, and select the accommodation you're interested in.
2. In the "Message" box, briefly introduce yourself and indicate which college you'll be attending. Also, indicate the period of your stay and the accommodation you're interested in.
3. After we receive your form, we'll contact you within a few hours by email.
4. If the accommodation you're interested in is already booked, we'll let you know which accommodations we have available, and then you can submit a new form, selecting the new accommodation you're interested in.
5. To complete your reservation, you'll need to send us a message confirming your wish to book the accommodation.
6. We'll then process your information and send you your rental contract by email.
7. After sending the rental contract, you'll be required to make a bank transfer payment for the first month's rent to the bank reference number provided in the contract.
8. The rental contract will be signed in person by both parties upon check-in, and the security deposit must also be paid at that time.

Rental Contracts: LusoHome offers 5 or 12 month rental contracts, with the available periods being:

• September 1st to January 31st (5 months)
• February 1st to June 30th (5 months)
• September 1st to August 31st (12 months)
